RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Flowergirldressforless.com, we know that you will be happy with the purchase of your little girl dress, boys suit, or accessory. However, if for any reason you are not, we will gladly assist you with a prompt return. We offer 100% money back guarantee on eligible items.

Free Easy Returns:

We offer a free e-mailed prepaid UPS return label on any eligible dress on exchanges only (for U.S. 48 Contiguous States Only)
We allow up to 30 days to return the merchandise
No Restocking Fees

** For every order placed, if the amount of merchandise returned is over the following amount, we will deduct the following from the refund if the shipping method is UPS Ground only:

Exchanges:

Your 100% satisfaction with our product is our #1 priority. If you receive a product and need to exchange it for a different size, style or color, contact us the day or day after receipt. We will be glad to assist you in handling your exchange.

The original order will need to be returned by following the Return Procedures below. We will refund the original form of payment, once the original items are returned and the proper procedures are followed.

Refunds:

We will gladly refund any eligible items purchased as long as an RA is issued and items are received back at our warehouse within 30 days from date that UPS delivers it. Buyer is reponsible for shipping charges back to our warehouse. We do not charge restocking fees. However, the guidelines below must be followed.

Return Procedures:

To request a Return Authorization (RA) number, please open a ticket by going to support.flowergirldressforless.com within 20 days of receiving the merchandise. of receipt of package. Do not ship the package back without a valid RA number. You will receive a RA# (Return Authorization number) within 24 hours M-F and if submitted over a weekend, the response will come on Monday. If the request is submitted after 30 days of receiving the order, the return will be denied, and no credit will be received. If for any reason you are not approved for the return, an email will be sent with the reason for denial. Any merchandise returned without a RA# will be returned or refused at the buyer's expense.

Our Company will pay for the return shipping of eligible dresses that are to be exchanged. After the RA is issued. within 1 business day, you will receive an e-mailed Prepaid UPS Ground Return label from UPS. *NOTE: Check your Spam/Junk folder for this e-mail as it will come directly from UPS if do not find in your inbox. It is also emailed to the email that was given on the original order. Print this label out and send out the package to your local UPS DROP OFF LOCATION. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method and choose not to use the pre-paid label, it will be at your own expense. If our label is used for a refund, 12.50 will be deducted for that return shipping.
The returned item(s) must be mailed within 1 week after receiving the Return Authorization number. The RA number should be on the outside of the package and the box secured. If item is not shipped out within 1 week, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. No refunds will be given for items received at our warehouse later than 30 days from date of original delivery. If the refunded items disqualify the remaining order from the promotional free shipping offer, the amount of $10.00 will be deducted for the orginal shipping paid out on the order.
We cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping, unless you use the prepaid UPS Shipping Label, in which the value of the package, up to $100, will be refunded if the UPS Claim is approved. Please insure that the return products are secure and the shipping box is acceptable for reshipping.
Do not hold on to the items that you are returning as they have to be back within the 30 days from date of receipt.

All return merchandise must meet the following guidelines or they will be returned to the customer at the buyer's expense:

Any merchandise received by AIR or RUSH shipping on a Friday or Saturday, cannot be returned or exchanged. This only applies to clients who call in for emergency air-shipping and you will be advised by our CSR agent.
Merchandise must be in unworn, undamaged, resalable condition with all original tags attached. All dresses are thoroughly inspected for any sign of being worn including; smoke or food odor, pet hair and picks/runs in fabric. Please remove your jewelry when handling garments to avoid accidentally damaging a dress. Suits and Tuxedos must be on original hangers and be complete to be accepted for return. They cannot be resold otherwise and will not be accepted for return.
Parts or pieces of dresses cannot be returned for credit, such as sashes or flowers. They may be exchanged for another color one time only following the regular time guidelines of our policy. Any headpieces, tiaras or tights that have been opened cannot be accepted for return due to sanitary reasons.
Items from our Red Tag sale category, Items marked Sale, or any dress under $40.00, Custom Orders, and Discounted items are sold as Final Sale. Any item that states “special order” under the description is not eligible for return or exchange. Any dress under $40.00 cannot be returned. US Angels dresses are special order and are final sale.
Refusals: If a shipment is refused upon delivery, UPS will charge us for the full cost of shipping of the return shipment back to us. The original shipping charges (to you) and the return shipping charges back (to us) will be deducted from the credit amount. All other return policies will apply.
Cancellations: Because your credit card processor charges and takes fee the minute that you enter your credit card to obtain approval and the order is processed immediately, any order that is changed or cancelled after receiving confirmation, will be charged 15% of the total order to cover any expenses that we incur to make changes or cover credit card processing fees. Cancellations cost our company more time and fees that an actual order that ships. Please make sure that you ready to make the purchase as we cannot waive these hard costs fees. Any US ANGEL dress that is cancelled at any time after placing the order will be charged 50% of the item as these are ordered specifcally for your order on special order.

We guarantee the lowest prices on all of our items and are able to maintain them because of the way we handle returns. Please keep in mind that online retailers have to re-sell the item that you send back. Keeping a dress out under our guidelines insures that you are receiving a brand new dress that is fresh. As a parent, we would not want to receive a dress that had been in a strangers home for an extended period of time, so please be kind to the garments that you are returning. Our policies are in place to protect you and insure you receive a gorgeous dress at great savings that you can not find at your local store.
