Not only was she efficient with my needs as well as explaining a fault on your behalf, she ALWAYS had great manners and came across with wonderful phone manners/email manners. I know people don’t always get emails for their good behavior so I thought I would extend my sincere gratitude to have worked with a great sales associate. I hope that you applaud her for this kind of behavior as in todays world unfortunately there are not to many that would have had this attitude with the situation of back and forth ordering of a dress.
