OMG…I just read your email and broke down in tears. I have been so anxious all day, wondering if you received my email and were able to fill the order. I am going into surgery in the morning and today was the last day to tie up all loose ends. I went out and bought a NOT so cute dress which I will be returning next week. hi, this message is for Belinda & Brittney who both helped me with my order, which i received today & i am so pleased with 🙂 the dress i ordered at first was out of stock so i had to pick another, which was from the sweetie pie collection style 383 in pink , which takes 2 wks to be dispatched & we were already on a short time scale with my wear date the 19th june & my order being processed on the 21st may i was a bit worrried i wouldnt have my order on time. Belinda received my order on the 9th june & shipped the same
day & i received today which is the 15th june, if that isnt quick delivery then i dont know what is 🙂

Sorry, my last email may have been a bit confusing. I’m sure you process alot, so you probably don’t remember me. I had ordered a flower girl dress for my daughter, but it was too small when it arrived. You, however, were willing to work with me and allowed me to return the dress. The dress in one size up made all the difference. It worked out perfectly for the wedding, and I was so relieved to not have to try to personally alter the smaller dress. I had also ordered one for my baby, so my two girls in matching beautiful dresses was wonderful (picture attached)!
So, the exchange was already made more than a month ago, and the wedding was a couple of weeks ago; there’s not another dress headed back to you. I just wanted to email you to say thank you for all of your help and for being willing to be flexible with the return policy to get me out of a bind!!

Thanks you so much for looking into this issue. I just received an e-mail from the other flower girl. She confirmed the number on the dress she purchased. You are correct it is a soft ivory. Again, thanks for your quick response. I am recommending this site to anyone who is getting married.

We helped her figure out that this client’s dress was actually ivory when she was in doubt because she had seen other ivory dresses in other bridal stores. We determined the color by having her send an e-mailed photo of the dress.

We live in Australia and to be quite honest, I faced my fears and ordered a dress online which I thought I would never do. I was not confident ordering anything (especially for a Holy Communion) online. I guess I wanted my daughter to look unique on her special day, as most girls have similar dresses. Greetings! I wanted to write and tell you how you SAVED the day! My daughter was asked to be in our cousin’s wedding as the flower girl. We were asked to go through the Bride’s chosen bridal shop in Chicago. WHAT A MESS! They sent a dress, 3 months later, that was a size 8 for a girl measuring to a size 4.
The dress would have had to be deconstructed with alteration costs as high as $200.00! They would not admit their error and told me that they wouldn’t exchange the dress for the correct size. I was also told that I wouldn’t be able to find this dress elsewhere. Well, I found it on your site and received the exact dress in only 6 days! WOW. The dress is perfectly and simply beautiful.
