I purchased a Flower Girl Dress (Style 5324I) as well as tiara, shoes, earrings, necklace and bracelet in November. At first I was hesitant to order on-line, but I could not find any dress as beautiful in the shops so decided to go ahead. It took 5 days for the parcel to arrive (it takes longer than that to send a letter from one side of Australia to the other!) and when I opened it I could not believe my eyes. It really was the most beautiful dress and fitted perfectly – even the shoes! My daughter, Madison, looked so gorgeous for her brother’s wedding last week and she felt like a princess. We have had so many positive comments from people wanting to know where we got the dress from, that I am sure you will be getting more orders from Australia.

Sometimes when you deal with internet companies, they seem to forget about customer service. That was not the case at all with your company. I spoke several times over the phone to get help with measurements and ensure a great fit. The dress fit perfectly, was absolutely adorable and was such a wonderful buy (not to mention my daughter looked so beautiful in it!!!). It was such a blessing finding you and again thank you for everything you did!!!!! The day went perfect and so may people complemented my daughter on her dress–she felt like a princess!!!!!

Thank you sooooo much I recieved the e-mail stating the dress was shipped and the tracking #. The dress is still on-time!! Thank you for getting back to me this has been a nightmare. And until I found your website I really thought all was lost. As you know we tried to do things right and go through a bridal store. But w/ my counsin insisting to run the show even from out of state it all went very bad. Their are others that live out of state as well and had some issues w/ their dresses. But theirs could be altered. My little girl’s was beyond repair and they were trying to tell me ordering a new one would take weeks unless of corse I came of with x # of dollars for them to expedite my order. Well I didn’t order the dress wrong & I’m not the one that measured my daughter & butcher the dress so that it came to her knees! I have since found that their were several girls’ measured & ordered dresses that day & ours was confused w/ that of a 1 1/2 year old little girl. Which as you know isn’t going to work on my tall 5 year old!! I am still fighting with them to refund my money for the dress and all alterations & I will get every penny back!!:) But again thank you for being there for me in my time of need!!:) Your website was very helpful, easy to navigate, and just plain awesome w/ all the attention to detail in the pictures it made it so much easier to get the dress!! Thank you all so much I will never forget what you have done to help me and I will recommend you to anyone that asks me about wedding dresses!! All I can say is it’s ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE…you all have done a wonderful job, I’m thrilled!!!
Lets leave the flowers on the front off since they aren’t really going to be seen. I kind of like the simplicity of just the plain white w/the color around the bottom. She’s such a little girl I think simple is better. But I’m definitely satisfied the the decision to put the flowers on the back. And your idea to put both the chocolate/pink together was fabulous… it’s beautiful!! And the little headband is great as well. It’s all just perfect!! Thank you so much for all your help and I can’t wait to see it in person!!!!!!

Great Suggestion about the petals! Yeah, my daughter is 21 months and is super tiny. she is still in a 12 months and that is even big on her, this dress is for a wedding she is the flowergirl. My mother in law used to be a seamstress and she looked at it and said that she can alter it so she can wear it again when she gets bigger. I think that is what I am going to do. I plan on ordering more dresses in the future from you guys and passing the website along to my friends that have little girls, because you have fantastic prices and timely and excellent customer service!

I did a lot of searching trying to find a simple, elegant flower girl dress and finally spotted the ivory “simple organza dress with hand beaded satin belt” on your site. My name is Colleen Foley and I just placed an order for three flower girl dresses for my March 18th wedding. I wanted to thank you very much for all your assistance. I spoke to you last week and you had urged me to make sure that we measured all three girls. My friend Sarah called you later in the week and you were incredibly helpful regarding her two daughters’ measurements. Based on your feeback, we went with the sleeveless (5087) for all three girls – two in a 3T, and one in a 6. Without your help, I would have ordered the wrong size for each of the girls. I miss talking to you!! My sister’s wedding was May 7th and everything was beautiful, especially my daughter Nseya’s flower girl dress! Unfortunately, as soon as she walked into the church and saw everyone looking at her, she fell out and cried and wouldn’t walk up the aisle. Then she fell asleep in the first 10 minutes of the reception and slept through the whole thing! Only a select few people ever saw her walking around in her dress. Of those select few, everyone was impressed and said that she looked like a living doll. I told everyone about your website and how accommodating you were to me. I really appreciated your efforts. I’m attaching some pictures of Nseya in her dress (we took them after we got home), so that you can at least see our vision realized
Fortunately, Nseya’s 2nd birthday is May 23 and she will be wearing the dress to her party. Thank you so much again.

I am writing this note to commend your customer service representative for service above and beyond anything I have ever experienced in my 20 yrs of dealing with businesses. I had a problem with my credit card address which Belinda helped me to resolve then the shipment did not leave as originally planned and Belinda called me to explain how she would still get the dress to me on time and she did!!! I could not believe that your company really keeps their word about returning calls the same day. The flower girl looked and felt like a princess all because of your above and beyond customer service representative Belinda. I plan to tell everyone within hearing about your wonderful company.

I just want to say My wedding was May 28th 2005 and my niece was in it with her amazingly adorable dress that I got on your website. I was sooooo nervous that something was going be wrong with the dress whether it was the size or if it was cheaply made. I would never buy something especially for my wedding if i couldn’t see it first hand but this site was the only site I could find that had all different styles and colors I was looking for. The dress exceeded all my expectations it fit her like a glove, and it looked just like I had bought it from an expensive bridal boutique. The dress was so worth more than the 60$ I paid for it… The sales woman that i spoke with was so helpful and friendly even though I’m sure she was busy she still talked to me and answered all my questions. Thank you so much I will definitely refer other brides to your site thank you for help making my wedding perfect.. this dress got so many compliments and my niece looked like the little princess that she is.

Sandy first contacted me on 01/25/2007 to let me know that the dress I picked out for my little girl would not be ready until March. Well that posed a problem b/c my wedding is in March. She e-mailed me back to let me know that the size 2 was available. Which would be fine for my daughter. She was VERY VERY helpful. She made dealing with your company wonderful. THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH for your phone calls regarding my order. I am not receiving ANY e-mails from your company so there is obviously a block of certain e-mail coming through! I went on the website various times and everything seemed AND IS very legitimate. Even your testimonials are so excellent so I couldn’t understand what was going on but finally I now know!!!
