Just to say a huge great big thank you to you all. Our dresses arrived yesterday, bang on time according to your delivery timings. And what a delight when we opened the parcel. The dresses are totally stunning, the girls are over the moon, and will be the belles of the ball on the 1st December. They fitted absolutely perfectly and because of the corseted back will do another turn next year, thanks to your advice on sizing.
In the workplace we are taught the rigours or providing outstanding customer service, and mentored by “the American approach to providing excellent customer service” and that which you have provided is second to none. A gown described well, photographed to its description, a one to one emailing advice service by yourself who is in turn approachable and replies by return. And delivery as described to a tee. The arrival of the product which was eagerly awaited was stunning and outstanding workmanship. All that I can do now is show them off on the girls and completely recommend your website to anyone in the future.

If I had purchased these in the UK I would be expecting to pay about £100 each for this quality (approx $200 dollars each)– so you can understand how delighted I am. We got the satin ivory gloves in the mail today, and they fit perfectly!! It made my daughters whole day to get them! She has ran to the mailbox everyday this week looking for them, even asking as soon as she was in the car after school “”Mom, did they come yet?!”” LOL
Anyways, much thanks for getting those to us. The dress needs some slight alterations to the length and straps, and should be done in the next two weeks. We will send photos as promised!

We just received our flowergirl dresses and they are perfect! So beautiful and such great quality. We just sent the bride pictures of the girls in the dresses and she is thrilled. We went to David’s Bridal first to get dresses that matched the bridesmaid dresses and they were all so expensive and such poor quality. The didn’t have any matching dresses in stock that fit both my girls, size 5 and 6 so we would have had to special order them. The delivery time would have been 6 to 12 weeks and at an additional cost. Thank goodness I stumbled upon your website in my state of panic. The dresses arrived in about 8 days. They are ready to wear, no pressing or alterations necessary.We can’t wait for the big day. Thanks so much.

Actually I teach Kindergarten at the Singapore American school. All of the little girls in my class were all “”ooooh and ahhhh”” when I opened it and showed the dress to them!

I miss talking to you!! My sister’s wedding was May 7th and everything was beautiful, especially my daughter Nseya’s flower girl dress! Unfortunately, as soon as she walked into the church and saw everyone looking at her, she fell out and cried and wouldn’t walk up the aisle. Then she fell asleep in the first 10 minutes of the reception and slept through the whole thing! Only a select few people ever saw her walking around in her dress. Of those select few, everyone was impressed and said that she looked like a living doll. I told everyone about your website and how accommodating you were to me. I really appreciated your efforts. I’m attaching some pictures of Nseya in her dress (we took them after we got home), so that you can at least see our vision realized. I had a problem with my credit card address which Belinda helped me to resolve then the shipment did not leave as originally planned and Belinda called me to explain how she would still get the dress to me on time and she did!!! I was sooooo nervous that something was going be wrong with the dress whether it was the size or if it was cheaply made. I would never buy something especially for my wedding if i couldn’t see it first hand but this site was the only site I could find that had all different styles and colors I was looking for.
