Hi Layza:

I received my package on the 19th but I had to go to the post office to
retrieve it. If I did not go to the post office I would have not received
the package until today. I think the package was sitting in the post office
in CA. for a couple of days. I know you did your best for me to receive
this package by the 18th and I do appreciate your effort.

Besides all of the mail issues I want you to know that the dresses I
received are just beautiful and I am completely happy with them. My
granddaughters look beautiful in them. I want to thank you again for all of
your effort. You did a wonderful job for me and made two little girls very
happy. I hope you have a wonderful weekend and I will make sure I recommend

Your employee Jenny, was truly a gem. She kept me informed of many options regarding my order, when she thought my original order would not show in time she directed me to other options. She also explained how the process was done. By doing so I realized I could still be able to purchase the dress and other items I had wanted instead of off the rack in Saks or Macy’s. She answered my questions and emails promptly and respectfully, which was much appreciated. Do to her skillfully written emails I know I will be telling many people about your website. Presently I’m the Vice President of a large little league which word travels quickly. It was a pleasure working with Jenny. I would like to mention that sometimes emails can come off to the reader with the wrong intent, that is why I said “skillfully written” Again I want to mention she is a valued employee, for it is the skill and tack of a company’s employees that keep the business running. Customers know how to write complaints, but rarely do people mention the good ones, but she went beyond to assist myself, which I am happy because my granddaughter means the world to me and she is so looking forward to the dress and items we ordered.

Thank you also for the special delivery that really helped reduce my stress with helping to get things done with a procrastinating/everything-at-the-last-minute-is-okay bride!

Attached are the photos of the beautiful girls. We were unable to get formal pictures of them: one removed her dress, the other one fell asleep right after the ceremony.

I must say, I was so anxious to see my girl’s dresses, especially after reading some reviews about this site. but you prove that you can be relied on. If I have read those reviews before ordering, I will definitely not order from you, hence missing gorgeous dresses at very reasonable prices.So, to you all, thank you for making my daughter’s dream of being a princess on her birthday come true.If I must advice though, I know you’re trying, if you can try harder to do some damage control to those reviews, I can boldly say in the next two years, you’ll be boasting of five million customers, ’cause I’m definitely advertising you guys free, just promise you’ll continue to make me proud as I direct customers to your site, lol.

Just wanted to say thank you for making my purchase so easy! I ordered two suits two weeks prior to a wedding and found out a couple of days later the suit I had ordered was out of stock. The sales representative located a similar suit and emailed me all of the information asking me if that suit would be okay. I sent back the email agreeing to the other suits. Just 5 days later the suits have arrived and are exactly what we needed. They are better quality than what I expected for such a low price!

I have just had my daughter try on this beautiful dress I ordered and I’m so happy I could burst, to order something so lovely and so low in cost is outstanding. I was struggling here in uk so I thought I would give this a go and so glad I did, even with the cost of shipping I would not of got anything half as decent here in the uk. I’m not putting uk down but when you want something as nice as this and on a budget it can be hard! Hi, I’m writing this to let you know concerning my experience with this company. I ordered two boys tuxedos for my wedding. While I made the order I was a bit hesitant because the price was so low that I started wandering about their quality. When the items arrived I was dumbfounded cause the tuxedos were amazing and they resembled to the groom’s branded tuxedo(which costed a ton of money). Also while making the order, by mistake I ordered the wrong size. I communicated with Layza and within I few hours it was fixed. I definitely recommend to all of you to buy from this company! You won’t regret it!
