Thank you very much for the excellent service experience I had with FlowerGirlDressForLess.com. We ordered a junior bridesmaid dress for my daughter approximately six week in advance of a wedding. Very quickly we received an e-mail from customer service (Jenny) asking us for our event date as the dress we wanted was not in stock and she wanted to be sure that it could be manufactured and delivered in time. We exchanged a series of e-mails and I had confidence in the advice Jenny was providing to feel comfortable placing an order. Two weeks later I followed up as this was time that the dress was supposed to ship. This time Layza responded to say that the dress was still with the supplier but she was confident that it would be shipped within a week. It was shipped two days later and we received it four days after that. I have never had a delivery so quickly from the US. Thank you to your customer service team for their knowledge and quick responses. I never doubted that the dress would arrive in time due to their care and response to my questions.

I ordered my flower girl dresses on March 6th and was a little nervous about how they would turn out since I’ve never ordered dresses or clothing online before with out seeing it in person first. Here is a photo of my granddaughter, Mariah Velazquez… she loved her dress & tiara with veil & her ballet shoes. She is a Princess. When we arrived to the Grand Ballroom to attend her Father/Daughter Dance… as we were walking through the streets … people would stop to compliment her.. telling how beautiful she looked. She was in 7th Heaven. When she saw her Dad… she was so thrilled. He brought her flowers…and he told her how beautiful she looked.. his Princess. It was a magical night for her. The First Dance on the Floor was my Princess with her Dad… as the school gave them the honor to celebrate her dad’ military service to both Iraq & Afghanistan. And last year she did not attend because her daddy was deployed. Thank you for making her day so special…and ensuring the delivery of her dress & attire on time for the dance. She is so cute…I told I brought her dress, tiara & shoes from California… her response …you went to California Grandma? Recently, I purchased a Christmas dress for my daughter from your website. The dress arrived and when I opened it, I was very upset with it, as to me, it did not look like the dress in the picture. I placed the dress back in the box and immediately sent an email to your customer service team concerning a return. Two emails later, my daughter’s grandmother came to visit and I showed her the dress. She LOVED it and encouraged me to try it on her; my daughter also LOVED it, and to be honest, by this time, I did as well. When my daughter wore it for the holidays, she looked like a little princess, and received so many compliments on her beautiful dress.

I needed to find 4 flower girl dresses in 4 different sizes but all the same style and for a reasonable price. I was concerned about ordering online, but decided to try given the price. I sent an email ahead of time to make sure all 4 sizes were available. I received a response confirming they were. The measurement chart was true to size. The order I received was perfect – correct dress in all of the right sizes with the right sash colors. I’m so glad I went this route and want to let others know about my experience so they are comfortable ordering from this site as well.
