My daughter has been in three weddings – one each year – the last two weddings it was my choice of the dress and where to order from – your excellent customer service and great prices have kept me coming back. Last year I had an issue with the shoes being back ordered- you handled it perfectly by calling me promptly and recommending a new shoe that had just come in. I also had an issue with the wrong dress size which you handled great as well…I really appreciate your promptness on this issue as well. My daughter was so excited when she rang me to say that the dresses had just been delivered and that all the girls at her shop were gathering around her desk for a peek into the box. I was soooo jealous because I didn’t get to see them until today and I have to say that they were just as good as they looked on your website. They were packed so well that there was hardly a crease in the dresses.

The baskets, socks and headbands were all just delightful. Of course, the most important thing was that the dresses fitted the two girls as perfectly as if they had been made to measure. What a great idea the corset back is for adjusting the bodice area for comfort essential when you have two fussy little girls!

I’m so glad that you liked the flowers. It was just a small gesture to let you know how much I appreciated the help which initially started from my first contact with you and then with Belinda. Being recently retired from my own business I know that customers are very quick to lodge a complaint when they are dissatisfied, but if you offer good service it quite often doesn’t rate a mention.

I can now relax next week and get ready to enjoy my son’s wedding on . . . (which is also his birthday) We will certainly send you some photos of the girls in their dresses but as I will be away for a short time after the wedding it might be a few weeks before I get a chance to email them.

Great Suggestion about the petals! Yeah, my daughter is 21 months and is super tiny. She is still in a 12 months and that is even big on her, this dress is for a wedding she is the flowergirl. My mother in law used to be a seamstress and she looked at it and said that she can alter it so she can wear it again when she gets bigger. I think that is what I am going to do.
