Thank you for providing the 100% silk dress (5013W, size 4) for my daughter to use as a flower girl. The bride providing no direction so we were at a loss as to what to get, but we received many positive comments, with all thinking the dress cost more than it did. I have attached a couple pictures which show how wonderful this dress is, but in person, it was more than that. It stood out, absolutely stunning. And cust svc? Your cust svc team stayed in constant email contact with me to insure a dress got to me in time for the bridal shower, where I got the go ahead to use it, and the event a week a later. Thank you for that as well. As far as quality, the silk was very thin, but this was a very hot, outdoor, summer sunset wedding, which I knew it would be, so that was a plus and one of the reasons it was so important to have a silk dress instead of polyester.
Lastly, my almost 4 year old daughter, like most kids, is usually closer to a size 6, but I went by your measurements and got her a size 4. Thank you so much for the exact measurements! If we had gone with the 6, the dress would have been too big around the neck, arm holes and chest.

We received our dress today, it is absolutely beautiful, it is excellent quality, and beautifully made. It looks identical to the ones in the bridal shop for 1/2 the price..here is a picture of her tying it on for the first time…she is thinking “bow in the front or bow in the back?” Your size chart is right on, it fits perfectly! My sister’s wedding was May 7th and everything was beautiful, especially my daughter Nseya’s flower girl dress! Unfortunately, as soon as she walked into the church and saw everyone looking at her, she fell out and cried and wouldn’t walk up the aisle. Then she fell asleep in the first 10 minutes of the reception and slept through the whole thing! Only a select few people ever saw her walking around in her dress. Sorry about the delay in sending through some pictures but I thought you would like to see my daughter, Lottie, on the actual day. Although we bought your wonderful flower girl dress in January the wedding was not until August 2010.
We were getting a little worried earlier on in the year when we measured Lottie and she had grown 4cm in 6 months – so she is now what a think is a very tall 9 year old. Fortunately she didn’t grow ‘side wise’ and your dress still fitted her perfectly. August in Adelaide is in the middle of winter so I had to go out and get her a little jacket but I don’t think it took to much away from the dress and the perfectly matching sash.

All I can say is it’s ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE…you all have done a wonderful job, I’m thrilled!!! Lets leave the flowers on the front off since they aren’t really going to be seen. I kind of like the simplicity of just the plain white w/the color around the bottom. She’s such a little girl I think simple is better. But I’m definitely satisfied the the decision to put the flowers on the back. And your idea to put both the chocolate/pink together was fabulous… it’s beautiful!! And the little headband is great as well. It’s all just perfect!!

I am writing this note to commend your customer service representative for service above and beyond anything I have ever experienced in my 20 yrs of dealing with businesses. I had a problem with my credit card address which Belinda helped me to resolve then the shipment did not leave as originally planned and Belinda called me to explain how she would still get the dress to me on time and she did!!! I could not believe that your company really keeps their word about returning calls the same day. I just want to say My wedding was May 28th 2005 and my niece was in it with her amazingly adorable dress that I got on your website. I was sooooo nervous that something was going be wrong with the dress whether it was the size or if it was cheaply made. I would never buy something especially for my wedding if i couldn’t see it first hand but this site was the only site I could find that had all different styles and colors I was looking for. The dress exceeded all my expectations it fit her like a glove, and it looked just like I had bought it from an expensive bridal boutique. The dress was so worth more than the 60$ I paid for it… The sales woman that i spoke with was so helpful and friendly even though I’m sure she was busy she still talked to me and answered all my questions. Hi my dresses arrived today and I am so happy it’s not funny, I am holding back from going to get my kids out of school so they can try them on!!!! I hope they fit, because they are so well made, I would hate to mess with them. I had three girls to buy dresses for even if I went to davids bridal and bought off the rack I would have sepnt well over $360.00, I got all three dresses, and had them delivered for less than $300.00, I will recomend you to every bride I meet…

When the girls got home, they were just as excited as I was. The middle one said that hers was tight on the shoulders, and for some reason it is, I have two size 6 dresses and so I had her try on both, and one of them definatly has smaller arm holes….nevermind though, I do not think that it would cost any less to ship it back and get a new one as it would to get someone to widen the straps. I just thought a little feedback of that kind might be appreciated. I cannot wait till July and they can walk the isle in those gowns, Thanks again!

I just have to send you an e-mail about the dress I purchased from you for my daughter to wear for easter. It was on the red tag page: the dress with the pink silk bodice and the organza skirt. The dress was absolutely beautiful and it was made with the quality fabric. I am looking for a white dress for my daughter to wear for her christening (i don’t want a traditional christening gown) and I would have ordered that dress (at full price) in white if you had it, but unfortunately i couldn’t find a dress on your site that I thought would work for the christening. Two dresses later from other websites – and i have been very disappointed with their “”bridal quality”” dresses. If you have any other dresses on your website that are of the same high quality as the dress i ordered from you – i would be very appreciative if you could point them out to me. Upon receiving two dresses that were grossly misrepresented, I just had to tell you how pleased i am with the dress i purchased from you.
